INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions of Hause Travel Agency aim to inform our clients of the general terms under which the travel package reservation service is provided.

In order to improve the service provided to our clients, Hause Travel Agency may change and/or modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. The Terms and Conditions published on the website https://shop-hausetravel.com (the “Website”) at the time the Service is provided. However, in cases where a modification to the Terms and Conditions could affect the client in relation to the provision of the Service, Hause Travel Agency will notify the client of the change to the Terms and Conditions through the Website https://shop-hausetravel.comas well as through one of the contact methods the client designated at the time of making their reservation.

Regardless of any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, Hause Travel Agency will honor the conditions in effect at the time the client made the payment for their reservation, except in cases and with the exceptions established by applicable law.

The titles appearing in these Terms and Conditions are used for reference purposes only and do not create any rights or obligations.

DEFINITIONS

 Agency– Company dedicated to managing affairs or providing certain services.

Client, main buyer.- It means the consumer, legal entity or de facto association that enters into the Agreement for the purchase of the Products and/or Services of the Hause Travel Agency as provided in this document.

Visitor.- It is the natural person who uses a Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 Wristband validly registered in their name to access and participate in the event.

 Agreement : The agreement between the Client and the Official Sales Channel (as applicable) for the purchase of Products and/or Services. This Agreement consists of these Conditions, the purchase confirmation, and any other attached provisions or those referenced in these Conditions, and/or the purchase confirmation and the general terms and conditions of Hause Travel and/or the Travel Partner (as applicable).

Package price The price charged for the sale of a travel package. The package price will be advertised in https://shop-hausetravel.com before the official start.

ConditionsThese general conditions, including their annexes.

Festival travel packagesThe various vacation packages offered for sale by Hause Travel Agency and/or the Travel Partner, which may include (depending on the specific package) a Festival ticket, accommodation, and transportation. Specific sales conditions apply to festival travel packages. When purchasing such a package, you will be required to accept these conditions. In the event of a conflict, these specific conditions shall prevail at all times.

Package Destination : Belgium.

Festival Venue : De Schorre, Boom, Antwerp, Belgium.

Force Majeure Any of the following circumstances that make it impossible, impracticable, or unsafe to fulfill obligations (other than payment obligations) under the Agreement and/or the Agency and/or the Festival: natural disaster, unavoidable accident, fire, strike or other industrial action, war or threat of war, act of hostility against the state, act of terrorism or threat thereof, riot or civil disturbance, national emergency, enactment, rule, order or act of any government or governmental instrument, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), pandemic (including a health pandemic), significant interruption or delay or failure of technical facilities, or significant failure or delay of necessary transportation services, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, as applicable. In principle, adverse weather conditions shall not be considered a force majeure event, provided, however, that if such weather conditions are sufficiently severe or threatening that the relevant governmental authorities declare the conditions to endanger public safety, such weather conditions shall be considered a force majeure event.

Official Sales Channel Hause Travel Agency Products and/or Services can only be purchased through Hause Travel Agency or an Authorized Travel Partner.

Waiting List If one or more types of festival travel packages are sold out, the Festival Organizer may open a waiting list. By registering on the Waiting List, the CLIENT authorizes the Festival Organizer to contact them if the packages become available again, and the packages may be offered to them through the Waiting List sales.

Festival Organizer.- We Are One World Bv, Kattendijkdok-Westkaai 12, 2000 Amberes, Belgium.

SCOPE OF THE CONDITIONS

 The Annexes form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer is required to accept these Terms and Conditions during the purchase process and, at the latest, when entering into an Agreement through the Official Sales Channels. You can always consult a recent version of the Terms and Conditions at https://shop-hausetravel.com; or upon prior request to the Hause Travel Agency customer service department via email reservas@shop-hausetravel.com.

If you purchase Products and/or Services from Hause Travel Agency not only for yourself but also for others, please be reminded that it is your sole responsibility to inform those individuals of these Conditions and any other terms and conditions that may apply to your purchase, and to obtain their agreement to such terms and conditions prior to your purchase. For the record, if and to the extent that a direct relationship arises between Hause Travel Agency and the aforementioned individuals in the context of the execution of the Agreement, such individuals will be asked to read and accept the corresponding terms and conditions.

Age limit.

The minimum age to book a travel package with a festival included on the Hause Travel Agency website is eighteen (18) years old.

No exceptions will be made to this rule, even if the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult. The Festival Organizer will deny entry to the Festival if, for example, the identity check mentioned below shows that the Festival Visitor has not reached that age at the start of the Festival.

Official sales channels.

Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 Experience Packages with festival ticket and/or Hause Travel Agency Services can only be purchased through Official Sales Channels.

Travel Packages and/or Festival Services obtained by any other means (through another sales channel or by somehow bypassing the procedure provided in the pre-registration link giving access to online package sales) will not be considered valid by Hause Travel Agency, and the Festival Organizer reserves the right to deny access to the Festival to the holder of such a package.   

Each purchase confirmation for a Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 experience package with a festival ticket is provided via email and must be personalized by entering the visitor’s name, email address, date of birth, mobile number, and nationality. The Visitor may be yourself or other persons for whom you purchase tickets.

If you purchase an experience package with a festival ticket not only for yourself but also for others (your “Guests”), it is your sole responsibility to obtain, to the extent required by law, the consent of such persons to provide their personal data to Hause Travel Agency in the context of personalizing their ticket, as set out in this document. Please note that Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 experience packages sold by Hause Travel Agency are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes; resale of Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 packages is prohibited.

For each Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 experience package with a festival ticket purchased and personalized, Hause Travel Agency will provide you with Access to Tomorrowland Belgium 2026, which must be registered before entry to the Festival can be granted. The wristband is personal and may only allow access to the Festival for one (1) person.

All Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 wristbands will be scanned and validated upon entering the festival website.

The Festival Organizer reserves the right to verify (or have designated representatives verify) the identity of any person entering the Festival Site. If a person cannot be identified, or if the name on the Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 wristband does not match the identity of the person as shown on their identification document, entry to the Festival will be denied. Valid proof of identity may include a valid ID card, passport, or driver’s license. The name on the identification document must match the name in which the wristband is registered. Copies of identification documents will not be accepted.

To check in at Dreamville, the official Tomorrowland campsite (depending on your reservation and if your package includes access to Dreamville), you will need to present your official identification and activated wristband. Make sure to activate your wristband well in advance.

For security reasons, any festival visitor who leaves the festival grounds after having entered will not be allowed to re-enter.

Loss or theft of Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 wristband.

You are solely responsible for the loss or theft of your wristband after receiving it from the Festival Organizer (in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions).

In case of loss or theft, the Festival Organizer and Hause Travel Agency are never obligated to provide you with a new wristband. A refund cannot be demanded either.

CLAUSES

FIRST- The purpose of this agreement is for THE AGENCY to act as an intermediary, contract, and offer the provision of tourist services, following the payment made by THE CLIENT of a specific and determined price. For this purpose, THE AGENCY undertakes and commits to request the services specified in the description of the selected travel package on behalf of THE CLIENT, according to their availability. THE AGENCY also commits to contracting these services acting as an intermediary between the CLIENT and the parties directly providing them, which may include transport providers, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies, tour guides, among others.

SECOND.- The services contracted by THE CLIENT will be provided by independent service providers not acting on behalf of or representing THE AGENCY. THE CLIENT expressly acknowledges this situation. Therefore, THE AGENCY will provide THE CLIENT with the relevant vouchers, the reservation confirmation, and the general terms and conditions established by the final service provider. 

THIRD.-To reserve the packages, payment is required through the official channel https://shop-hausetravel.com .THE AGENCY will inform THE CLIENT, prior to contracting and paying for the services, of the total price of these, either in Mexican pesos or its equivalent in dollars at the exchange rate established by THE AGENCY.

FOURTH.-Each service or package booked by THE CLIENT to THE AGENCY through the official channel https://shop-hausetravel.com it shall be considered final, and no changes are allowed to the name, company name, or service owner, dates, routes, services, package type, or festival weekend, except with written authorization from THE AGENCY. It is important to emphasize that the service or package contracted is for the personal use of THE CLIENT and/or his friends and not for commercial use. THE CLIENT confirms that they have read and understood these terms and conditions by accepting them.

FIFTH.- THE AGENCY will proceed to make the reservation of the services only once THE CLIENT has made the corresponding payment and it has been validated. Otherwise, THE AGENCY shall have no obligation to make any reservations or hold any services of any kind.

SIXTH.- THE AGENCY undertakes to respect the amounts and items related to the contracted packages and services, and may not charge any additional amounts or condition the provision of the contracted service on the purchase of another service not requested by THE CLIENT, except where THE CLIENT provides written authorization for any additional charge beyond what is stipulated in this contract and its annexes.

SEVENTH.- THE AGENCY must issue a receipt in favor of THE CLIENT for the payment of the contracted Services, which shall be sent to the email address provided by THE CLIENT at the end of the purchase through the official channel https://shop-hausetravel.com

EIGHTH.- THE CLIENT must provide THE AGENCY with truthful and accurate information as requested, as well as timely deliver the corresponding documentation necessary for the provision of the service.

NINTH.- THE CLIENT accepts that THE AGENCY'S intervention is exclusively in the capacity of an intermediary between the direct providers of the requested services.

TENTH.- A fortuitous event or force majeure shall be understood as those facts or events beyond the control of the parties, provided that such facts or events are unforeseeable, irresistible, insurmountable, current, and do not result from any negligence or provocation by either party. Illnesses of any kind that may affect either party shall not be considered a fortuitous event.

In light of the foregoing, and in accordance with Clause Ninth, both parties agree that if, due to force majeure or a fortuitous event, the contracted service providers are unable to provide the services in whole or in part, THE AGENCY will only manage, on behalf of THE CLIENT, any refund that may be due in accordance with the terms of the service providers, and shall be released from any liability or obligation. 

ELEVENTH.- Both parties agree that THE AGENCY shall be released from liability for any damages, injuries, accidents, delays, or irregularities that may occur to THE CLIENT due to force majeure or a fortuitous event during the provision of the services, as THE AGENCY is not the party directly responsible for providing the services and acts solely as an intermediary.

TWELFTH.- THE CLIENT agrees to comply with the regulations, rules, or conditions established by each of the service providers contracted through THE AGENCY. THE AGENCY shall inform THE CLIENT of the most important rules and, consequently, declines any liability that may arise from their non-compliance. Please review GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOMORROWLAND BELGIUM. 

THIRTEENTH.- The consumption and/or sale of drugs or narcotics within the festival, transport and reserved hotels is strictly prohibited, therefore THE AGENCY disclaims any responsibility that may arise from non-compliance with this rule.

FOURTEENTH.- THE CLIENT must, on their own, obtain the passports or migration documents required by the destination or transit countries, such as visas, health permits, etc., in the case of international travel. The CLIENT agrees to arrive at airports and check in with airlines three hours in advance for international flights, and two hours for domestic flights. THE AGENCY shall be released from any liability if THE CLIENT fails to have the necessary migration documents to enter the destination country. In such cases, if the trip cannot be undertaken, the package will be canceled WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO A REFUND in accordance with Clauses Twentieth and Eighteenth.

FIFTEENTH.- THE CLIENT is required to obtain travel medical insurance with coverage abroad for the entire duration of their stay. The insurance must cover a minimum of €3,000 in hospital expenses and include repatriation in the event of death. THE AGENCY shall be released from any liability if THE CLIENT fails to comply with this clause.

SIXTEENTH.- The parties agree that when it comes to excursions or packages abroad, prices must be presented in Mexican pesos.

SEVENTEENTH.- THE AGENCY reserves the right to modify the order of the services specified in this contract for better execution or for justified reasons, provided that the quantity and quality of the contracted services are maintained. This shall be done with the consent of THE CLIENT, regardless of the reason, which must be verifiable. Furthermore, the CLIENT may not make changes to dates, routes, or services.

EIGHTEENTH.- If THE AGENCY cancels a trip or excursion of any kind for reasons not attributable to THE CLIENT and for which THE AGENCY is responsible, THE AGENCY shall be obliged to refund THE CLIENT the full payment made within a maximum of 90 days. THE AGENCY is required to provide proof that the funds were sent, and THE CLIENT is required to provide proof that payment was made to THE AGENCY through the receipts issued by THE AGENCY.

Cancellations by THE CLIENT must be made in writing, either at the address indicated in this Terms and Conditions of Contracting document or by email reservas@shop-hausetravel.com with acknowledgment of receipt, to which THE AGENCY will respond within 48 hours. If no response is received, the cancellation will be considered accepted in accordance with the conditions described below:

All travel packages that include access to the Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 festival and that were purchased through the official channel https://shop-hausetravel.com  are considered NON-REFUNDABLE,which means that cancellation for reasons attributable to THE CLIENT, at any time, implies the loss of the amount paid.

Note: THE AGENCY will evaluate whether a name change can be authorized with a penalty of MXN $4,500.00. (four thousand five hundred Mexican pesos) per person for administrative expenses, which must be covered by THE CLIENT in case the original ticket holder cannot attend the festival. THE CLIENT must provide the details of the person who will use their package in a timely manner. The deadline to request a name change is April 28, 2026, name changes are not allowed after this date.

THE CLIENT accepts that the bracelet, treasure case and souvenirs They will be delivered exclusively at the welcome event organized by THE AGENCY on the Wednesday before the selected festival weekend. The wristband, treasure case, and souvenirs will be handed over only to the package holder registered in our database., under no circumstances will the bracelet be given to another person as a substitute or in the name of the package holder if an official name change has not been made within the stipulated period and covering the established penalty amount.

Once the contract is signed or the box accepting the terms and conditions is clicked prior to payment of the package(s), THE CLIENT agrees that no changes can be requested or made to the package configuration, including changes to dates (festival weekend), type of accommodation, routes of ground transportation, or the delivery location of the wristband, treasure case, and souvenirs (the latter are delivered exclusively on the Wednesday before each festival weekend).

NINETEENTH.- Both parties agree that the payment of the service fees by THE CLIENT, as well as the acceptance or use of this document, vouchers, tickets, complimentary items, or any other document issued in their favor in connection with this agreement, implies THE CLIENT’s acceptance of the general terms and conditions of contracting referred to in this document. 

TWENTIETH.-The parties agree that the following shall constitute grounds for cancellation:

1. Failure to comply with any of the obligations set forth in this document.
2. For any violation by THE CLIENT of any of the prohibitions established herein.
3. The client's failure to make the corresponding payment.
4. Any lack of communication or no-show on the part of the client.

The parties have the obligation to notify at the addresses or email addresses indicated at the time of making the reservation, the existence of any cause listed above, within the term of 7 business days following the fact that they became aware of the breach.

In the event of a change of the direct service provider to another of equivalent quality, if THE CLIENT uses the service, it shall be understood that they have consented to such change, and no refund will be issued.

TWENTY-FIRST.- - The parties agree that the rights and obligations acquired upon booking a travel package with festival access may not be assigned, transferred, or conveyed under any circumstances to any individual or legal entity without prior written authorization between the parties. Any assignment made in violation of this clause shall have no legal effect. The festival wristband, souvenirs, and services included in the travel package will be delivered exclusively to the package holder. Under no circumstances shall they be handed over to another person without prior notification from the holder through an official channel within the permitted timeframe and after covering the corresponding payments described in Clause Eighteenth.

TWENTY-SECOND.-The packages called EASY TENT y SUPREME EASY TENT include accommodation in Dreamville from Thursday to Monday and all camping equipment (as described in the package) pre-assembled. These packages are designed to be booked for two people only, so the CLIENT agrees that if traveling alone, they must book one of our individual packages outside the EASY TENT area.

TWENTY-THIRD.- By signing the contract or checking the box to accept the Terms and Conditions prior to confirming payment on this website, THE CLIENT agrees that the reserved Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 package is for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. Reselling Tomorrowland Belgium packages is prohibited and considered fraud.. If THE AGENCY detects a case related to resale, the package of whoever violates this clause will be cancelled without the right to a refund.

THE AGENCY is relieved of any responsibility arising from additional agreements that may have been entered into between THE CLIENT and the direct providers of the services, such as hotels, transport, flights, restaurants, car rental companies, among others.

TWENTY-FOURTH.- - Passenger luggage and personal belongings are not covered by these Terms and Conditions of Contract, as they travel at the passenger’s own risk. THE AGENCY shall not be liable for loss, theft, misplacement, or damage.

TWENTY-FIFTH.- Any communications between the parties in the execution of this Contract must be made in writing and delivered with acknowledgment of receipt to the addresses indicated in the declarations section of this Contract, or, where applicable, by any reliable electronic means with acknowledgment of receipt.

TWENTY-SIXTH.- Prior to accepting these Terms and Conditions of Contract, and in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, THE AGENCY has informed THE CLIENT of the privacy notice available at https://shop-hausetravel.com as well as the procedure to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as “ARCO” rights).

TWENTY-SEVENTH.- The validity of these Terms and Conditions shall be indefinite, commencing from the date of their subscription, and shall remain in effect while the tourist service is being provided and the payment obligations have been fulfilled, during which time the contract shall have full legal effect. 

TWENTY-EIGHTH.- During the Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 experience, photographs and video recordings will be taken to document the event. Therefore, THE CLIENT declares that they are of legal age and, in accordance with the Federal Copyright Law, authorizes THE AGENCY to use photographs or video recordings that include their image in campaigns, promotional materials, and other supporting materials deemed appropriate for the dissemination and promotion of THE AGENCY, whether distributed nationally or internationally, by any means, including print, electronic, or other media. Furthermore, based on Articles 86, 87, and 88 of the Federal Copyright Law, THE CLIENT expresses that this authorization is voluntary and entirely free of charge. Consequently, THE AGENCY is free to use, reproduce, transmit, retransmit, publicly display, and create derivative works from THE CLIENT’s image in promotional campaigns through any medium, including projection, videos, graphics, texts, slides, and all supplementary promotional materials, provided that the use is exclusively for the purposes stated. In this regard, THE CLIENT authorizes the use of their name and any comments they may have made during the video recording, and that such comments may be edited for the purposes stated above.

THE CLIENT waives any right to inspect or approve the sequences of video recordings or photographs. They also acknowledge that such materials may be edited, copied, displayed, published, and/or distributed, and therefore waive any rights, royalties, or other compensation resulting from or related to their use. Furthermore, in accordance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Parties, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Parties of Mexico City, THE CLIENT acknowledges that they have read the privacy notice provided by THE AGENCY. 

THE CLIENT waives any right to inspect or approve the sequences of video recordings or photographs. They also acknowledge that such materials may be edited, copied, displayed, published, and/or distributed, and therefore waive any rights, royalties, or other compensation resulting from or related to their use. Furthermore, in accordance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Parties, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Parties of Mexico City, THE CLIENT acknowledges that they have read the privacy notice provided by THE AGENCY.

INFORMATION NOTE:

Special requests made to the agency are always welcome; however, they cannot be guaranteed and are always subject to availability.

These Terms and Conditions solely and exclusively endorse the Experience in Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 with the concepts described in the contract.

The wristband will be DELIVERED EXCLUSIVELY to each package holder. It is important to present valid official identification and the voucher to receive your Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 wristband and souvenirs. Under no circumstances will these items be given to third parties on behalf of the package holder.

DOCUMENTATION: All travelers must carry their documentation (passports, visas, health permits, etc.), and any problems or inconveniences arising from failure to comply with this requirement shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler. 

THE CLIENT acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of contracting with Hause Travel Agency by accepting them prior to the payment of the Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 experience package(s) booked through https://shop-hausetravel.com .

Likewise, THE CLIENT agrees that they would like to receive information about other Tomorrowland festivals and events, including announcements, ticket sale dates, (pre)registration information for specific events, themed announcements, post-event films, videos and exclusive content, program releases, special activations… as described in the Privacy Policy of Tomorrowland.
